What is inside the library
The ZONE8 library gathers 50 Hyrox training sessions written to cover what really matters in a race: the eight stations, chaining running and stations, carrying strength, recovery and tracking your progress. Every session follows the same clear structure, so you know exactly what to do from warm-up to cool-down.
One workout, start to finish
Each session includes a tailored warm-up, a strength block, the WOD, accessories and a cool-down, with paces, reference loads and a technique tip. Station loads are based on the Open category, which you can reduce if needed.
Half Hyrox: 4 km, 4 stations
The first half of the race
- 8 min: 4 min jogging at 6:30/km, then 10 squats, 10 walking lunges, 10 hip circles
- 3 x 20 s pick-ups at 5:15/km, 40 s walking
- 2 x 6 front squats with dumbbells, load at 60% of your max, 60 s rest
- Continuous, as in a race: 1 km at 5:30/km, then 1000 m SkiErg at 2:10/500m
- 1 km at 5:30/km, then 50 m sled push: 90 kg men, 60 kg women
- 1 km at 5:30/km, then 50 m sled pull: 65 kg men, 45 kg women. 1 km at 5:30/km, then 40 m burpee broad jumps
- 2 x 30 s plank hold, 30 s rest
- 4 min walking, then calf stretch, 40 s per leg
- Hip flexor stretch, 30 s each side
Start 5 s/km slower than your target pace on the first kilometer. The last kilometer will tell you if you paced it well.

What is the ZONE8 Hyrox workout library?
It is a set of 50 complete training sessions available in your member area. Each session includes a warm-up, strength work, a WOD, accessories and a cool-down. You pick the session that fits your level, your available time and the station you want to work on.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a single payment (€9.90) with lifetime access: no renewal, no automatic recurring charge.
How is it different from the free plan and the paid plans?
The free plan and the paid plans give you a program followed week after week. The library is a catalog: you pick the session you need, in the order you want. It is not personalized by a coach and does not replace a full program.
Which levels is it for?
Sessions are split into three levels: discovery, progression and competition. Each session shows its level and its duration (30, 45 or 60 minutes).
What equipment do I need?
Sessions are designed for an equipped gym (rower, SkiErg, sled, sandbag, wall balls, kettlebells), but many stations can be adapted with little equipment. The loads shown are guidelines you can reduce.
Can I get a refund?
This is digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before purchasing, you request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal under the applicable consumer rules. Details are in our terms of sale (available in French).
How do I access the sessions after buying?
Sign in to your member area (creating an account is free), open the Library tab, and access unlocks automatically after payment.
Are the sessions suitable for everyone?
They are provided for information and sports purposes and do not replace medical advice. If you have any doubt about your physical condition, see a doctor before you start.
