These Terms of Use define the rules for accessing and using the zone8.fit website, the member area, and the Coach 8 assistant. Use of the site implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use.
2. Access to the Service
Access to the member area requires creating an account via a sign-in link sent by email (passwordless authentication). You are responsible for the confidentiality of access to your email, the sole means of accessing your account.

4. Coach 8 (Artificial Intelligence)
Coach 8 uses an artificial intelligence model to generate personalized sessions and programs based on the information you provide (level, goals, constraints, equipment). While designed to be accurate and consistent, generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to use good judgment and to adapt or stop any exercise that seems unsuitable for your physical condition. ZONE8 cannot be held liable for the consequences of improper execution or misinterpretation of generated instructions.
Use of Coach 8 is subject to a monthly generation limit depending on your plan (20 for the 3-session plan, 35 for the 4-session plan, 50 for the 5-session plan), reset each month.
5. Community Area
The "Community" area lets you post messages visible to other members. You agree not to post any abusive, defamatory, unlawful content or content contrary to public decency. ZONE8 reserves the right to remove any content that does not comply with these rules, without prior notice.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to use the site for fraudulent purposes, not to attempt to bypass security or billing mechanisms, and not to disrupt the proper functioning of the service (abusive automated use, unauthorized access attempts, etc.).
7. Service Availability
ZONE8 makes every effort to ensure continuous access to the site, without an absolute guarantee of availability. Occasional interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of a technical incident beyond our control.
8. Intellectual Property
The site's content (sample programs, text, structure, visual identity) is protected by copyright. You may use generated programs for your personal use, but their reproduction or commercial distribution without authorization is prohibited.
9. Changes to These Terms
ZONE8 may modify these Terms of Use at any time, particularly to reflect changes to the service or applicable regulations. The version in effect is the one published on this page.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls, failing an amicable resolution, under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
