Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Sale govern the sale of subscriptions to paid training plans (3, 4, and 5 sessions per week) and personal coaching services offered by XTC Invest (referred to as "ZONE8"), a French sole proprietorship (micro-entrepreneur), business registration (SIRET) 989 142 567 00019. Placing an order on zone8.fit implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale.

2. Description of Services

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included. ZONE8 reserves the right to change its pricing at any time; existing subscriptions remain billed at the rate in effect at the time of subscription until the next billing cycle.

3. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly, via automatic charge to the payment method on file, through our secure payment provider Stripe. The first charge occurs immediately upon subscription, then at each monthly billing date until cancellation. ZONE8 never has access to complete banking data, which is processed exclusively by Stripe.

4. Duration and Cancellation

Subscriptions run for an indefinite period, billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period: no pro-rated refund is issued for the current month, but access to the plan remains active until the end of that period.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under French and EU consumer law, you have a 14-day period from subscription to exercise your right of withdrawal without needing to provide a reason. However, this right cannot be exercised if you have expressly requested immediate access to the service and acknowledged losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (which is the case as soon as your first personalized program is generated). By subscribing to a paid plan, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge waiving your right of withdrawal upon the first program generation.

6. Nature of the Service

Training programs, including those generated by Coach 8 (artificial intelligence), are provided for informational and athletic purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice and do not replace the guidance of a healthcare professional. It is your responsibility to assess your physical fitness for intense physical activity before starting a program, and to consult a doctor if in doubt or if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

7. Personal Coaching

Personal coaching services are offered by quote, following a preliminary discussion about your needs. The exact terms (duration, price, content) are defined individually and communicated before any commitment.

8. Guarantees

ZONE8 commits to providing the described services with diligence. In the event of a technical malfunction preventing access to a paid service, contact us: we will assess appropriate compensation (extension or partial refund, depending on the situation).

9. Mediation

In the event of an unresolved dispute, you may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator, as provided under applicable French consumer protection law. The relevant mediator's contact details will be provided upon request.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be submitted, failing an amicable resolution or mediation, to the competent French courts.
